what a beautiful testimony...mine when I was fighting for my life in bed for 3 years. I was so broken at one point I said God if this is my life whats the point of my life who can I help laying here...God said you can still pray...and indeed my hope was restored . I found out I had cancer but I was healed 2 years later ...God is so so good

That is exactly the way it has been for me going through the toughest challenge of my life right now. I know this resonates with so many people. Continuing to love God & let go of bitterness/disappointment is a miracle when you're in the middle of a life long health battle. I've had severe scoliosis since I was a child (10 years old it was found and my spine was turning my ribs which made me feel like I had asthma until I had surgery) & as a young adult (20's/30's) degenerative disc disease (which feels like having a 70 year old back/spine). But my Jesus is good & I continue to celebrate any measure of healing I get or anyone else recieves. I have lived in Holy Spirit communities that focus on healing, faith and intentionality. It has changed my life. But guarding my mind and heart with the truth that God will heal me is something that is paramount to me in my life. Jesus is bigger and His resurrection power is real. I continue to live life with Him knowing that He wants that for me. Trust is imperative. I live in that expectancy. 😁
Just listening while feeling pain in one of my knees with ostheocondritis, condromalacy, meniscopathy and hydroartrosis after a bad injury 13 years ago, thanks for sharing. I am healed.
Its only through trials and trouble that we can experience the goodness of God that's why jeus say in good time and bad time give glory to him with every bitter cup he gave us a cup of blessing...but we have to be patient
I was at a women's retreat a few weeks ago and the speaker showed this video. It really spoke to me then. Then this evening, I was watching some videos on TH-cam. A musical video came up from Allison Park Church that I attend for different occasions. Then this video came up! I watched it again and so much more has come from this than I realized! First the bitterness from family abusing me is being removed. Then the bitterness toward God, for not healing me of Fibromyalgia, for not helping me financially (as I thought He should) is diminishing. And the list goes on... What a blessing! I pray that God is healing you, blessing you & your family!

Wow! This is the reality of how to live with God not healing you, but still trusting & believing that He can if He sovereignly decide to. I’m battling Cystic Fibrosis & operating on 25% lung functioning. I fiercely & strongly believe that my God is a healer of spirit, soul & body, but if He chooses not to heal me, I STILL believe He can.He is God. This is nothing He can’t do except lie & the minute He speaks it, it become true.
I needed to hear this as I’ve grown bitter & so much doubt & unbelief has entered my heart as I’m waiting for my healing. Pain has a way of sucking all the life out of you.
This is amazing. I wonder if it would go against what some people say - if you don't have enough faith you won't be healed. We have to be careful with our theology. I was with a friend the other night praying for our server at a pub. She didn't get fully healed. But she met Jesus. That kind of thing and this kind of testimony keeps me from fully committing to the idea that if you just have enough faith you will get physical healing in all situations. And I'm glad.
Exactly, only in His will. Even Jesus said "Let this cup pass from me but only if it is your will". Not verbatim but you get my point. It's all about having faith in His will even if it goes against ours.
I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis a little over two years ago, shortly before my 18th birthday. I wondered day after day where God was and why He wouldn't heal me as I watched people around me be healed from back pain, have their sight restored, and more. This is beautiful.
The message in here is beautiful and you are a gorgeous person heart and soul. I have the same psoriasis condition and now arthiritis. I maintain and control it through Vipassana meditation. To however meditate and let the energies heal your body requires faith as well. So my message is if you want a solution to problem is that. Google vipassana and see if you can find a center around your area.
