Love the respect that Pope instilled in this team. They should the cards hands and waited for them to get off the court to let the players trow the Ls down. Class act #BIGBLUENATION
I disagree with Matt Jones about Kobe brea, his defense isn’t that bad. The metrics look awful for it and he’s very prone to getting ghost fouls for whatever reason, but he does a good job of staying in front of his defender and I know for a fact I’ve seen him force several dribble pickups, one possession in particular I recall was Hepburn trying to drive on him yesterday and he locked him up and forced a pickup, I don’t know if those show up in the advanced stats or not. He’s come up with a couple big steals too, one at a crucial moment in the Duke game that I can remember
True blue Kentucky fans want a team that plays hard, plays well, is fundamentally sound, keeps that head held high and most importantly gives their heart and soul on that court for each other and by extension the fans.
Koby could spend 100% of the time on the offensive and make it 4 v 5 and I wouldn't care. He is such a talented and gifted offensive presence it is all I care about.
Problems? FT throws and guarding the three point line. League play will be starting soon. Each game in the SEC will be more physical than what you have played so far. Is Garrison afraid to go to the floor after a loose ball?
Agreed why would he not fall on that ball? Quit being lazy and hit the deck! And he needs to move the ball when he gets it in the post two dribbles is fine to back your man down then go up with it or get it out of there. Overall not a crap game but not a great one either. And I like the Louisville coach and I don’t want too.
@bookertee3057 I am not mad at him but he just needs to get the ball he is young and will be fine. I think he is already helping this team and will really help in the future. He is a really good player
Oh man.. twice vs Clemson he watched a long rebound that I thought he had a minimum 50/50 chance of grabbing. He didn't make a single motion towards the ball
Butler’s offensive effort drew a ton of fouls and had Luavul if trouble early. Williams doesn’t have much vision or timing trying to find open passes off the screens. I wish Carr could use take shots with his left hand. What a great team though!
Louisville has beaten Kentucky before, and Pat Kelsey WILL be Mark Pope eventually. Next year it’s at Louisville, and with how close this game was, don’t think playing in the Yum Center with a better and HEALTHIER team will be easy
Kenny Walker was 11-11 & 10-10 FTs vs WKU in NCAA Tournament in 1986.

People overlook that defense is positioning is just as important as getting steals, stops and not getting fouls.

I agree it may look bad but I feel like he at least makes ppl work for their buckets lol
Knew Butler was going to be a gold star player when he signed. Truly amazing. OWEH is a closer.
Matt be talkin just to be talkin half the time
Louisville looked like a team that should finish near top of ACC considering how bad that conference is.
lmao TH-cam said I made a comment that did not meet standards, this is the first😂🤣😂 time seeing this video lol
Kenny Sky Walker was 11 for 11 Mr. Jones 😂 it's ok nobody's perfect except for these guys from the field 😅
MARCH POPE. GO BIG BLUE
The refs sure made sure we didn’t go past the spread

Yeah I agree he will do good at Louisville. All Garrison had to do was grab the ball or get on the floor and get it can't have that.
It was one play. Smh. Damn guys. I’m sure Pope will fix any issues.

Can you imagine having to play against five cloned Lamont Butler’s? 😮 Dude is cold.

So....whats going on with cops telling fans to sit at Rupp?
Garrison ended up in the bench because a UL player pushed him into it when he went to help his player up. I am sure Garrison didn't egg it on though.😉
Is there one Cardinal fan in the entire arena?
L's down
