Ngl Pauly I wasn’t 100% on board with this one until you added wire at the end and then suddenly I could see the light… great tree mate 🙌🏼🙏🏼😘 Cheers for the shout out at the end too plus HNY 😊💚
Nice " little " haul you got there, and that azalea is developing beautifully ! Waiting for spring here to do the same with a bunch of azaleas I collected this winter. All the best in 2025, looking forward to more zoom zooms and spin spins next year!
Looks like the metal handle on those Fiskars didn't go all the way through the plastic handle material, pretty poor design. I've had a good run from the good old Felco No2 secateurs, they're around $100 but are about as good as you'll get.
Got a large dig myself last year. Needs cutting back to stumps, and starting all over!!! What was the carving tool and bits you used mate? Great content, keep it up
Hey Ryan its a Kaizen Little Terrier from Kaizen Bonsai in the UK. I found starting agin with the garden material was the best to do and I went hard on the roots so I had to balance the enery of the tree also
What a ripper of a tree to welcome 2025 with!! Shaping up to be a very special addition to the collection.
Thanks Rebecca. Just an ordinary azalea doing nice things. !!
Man! That turned out great! Lovely beginning
Thanks man. 3 years in so imagine another 3 years

@Bearded_Bonsai I have the same mate. I buy the cheapies to do root work usually because they get bunged up.
Got a large dig myself last year.

Saya punya azalea berumur kurang lebih berusia 100 tahun, dari peninggalan taman Bangsa Belanda, Karakternya sangat tua.

Enjoy the frothy ones!
Oxalis is a nightmare. Tangled up in the roots so you can barely get it out and can’t tell its roots from the tree’s
All number of things get into roots as gardens become a dumping ground. Cheer and have a good new year Mr Storm
