I had pure judgement at first till I closed my eyes and quite judging. All the judgment that I was giving was fear-based and ego. When I closed my eyes I listed and stopped judging and let my guard down and see only me, the freedom that came from that was immense were a Society for of judgment. And criticism.
Hey! I moved to Tennessee and I am getting an estatic dance event going here in January, noone knows what it is here! May I use this video to help people understand???
A lot was said about freedom of expression, not being self-conscious, etc. But I couldn't help notice that everyone in the video has kept his or her body wrapped up in clothes. I know that society has ingrained in people the convention that we all have to keep our bodies covered 99 percent of our waking, non-bathing hours and that my 30 years of working as a nude art model for hundreds, if not thousands, of drawing and painting classes has transformed my own views of nudity. If someone were to remove his or her clothes and dance in that body's pure and sacred space, would that person be accepted? Or would that person be shamed into putting clothes on? I guess my question is, how free are we?
Wrong ... ? In my understanding , there is no right or wrong .... It is only one little film - sequenze ... Maybe he dances himself free in the timeline of this session ... ?
That is not only incorrect but judgemental, just as the speakers made reference to letting go of. Perhaps you are more in need of healing than you are comfortable admitting to yourself.

This thinking is so self indulgent. True happiness & peace is found by serving others. These people are self absorbed
