I put 20% on doors and back glass and then a 35% on my windshield when I had my infiniti. The 35% was great during the day but turning at night was sometimes a problem if you don't know the road and curbs.

I'm looking into getting a rs5 and tuning it too but wasn't sure if I need to spend 2-3 grand on the intercooler and heat exchanger if I wasn't going to the track or drag strip often. I know you can just upgrade the pump but I'm not sure how much better that would be than just stock. Also sick car, had to sub to make sure I can see more of it.
I have not personally experienced any diminished performance that is noticeable to me. The car performs very well on my favorite backroad and also during fun launch control burst. I wouldn't worry about buying an intercooler and heat exchanger in fear of not feeling all the crazy performance these motors are capable of. If you want maximum performance and consistency though then I've heard it's an amazing upgrade, but again, I wouldn't worry about it too much.
My specific front splitter wont fit a B9, but the same company makes them for b9 S5's and B9 RS5's. Just google search Maxton Design USA and you can look through there catalog. All high quality stuff.

No one knows. Tuning the car has the possibility of breaking the factory warranty but the two major tuners for this platform (034motorsport and Integrated engineering) do there best to make sure the dealership cannot detect if the car was ever tuned. They can only guess.
034 says stage 1+ e85 claims 560 crank. Audis have high heat. Id go straight to upgraded intercooler, heat exchanger from wagner and water pump from merc to get the cooling out the way first. Merc racing Intercooler is practically the same size as stock it might be a waste of money. people who have them on dynos say that the cooling really holds the car back and for an rs car i think it's ridiculous. Should be better from factory. To upgrade all the cooling is 5k+ and then adding hybrid turbos for another 5k+ for only 120 more hp according to 034? That's crazy. This platform is not tuner friendly. I have a stock b9rs5 just with a awe non res exhaust. The best bang for your buck in my opinion is just hpfp and e85. Personally more than that I don't think you get enough out the car for the thousands you put in
I think the "high heat" thing is overblown. I run consistent 10 second quarter miles and 0 to 60s in the 2's without any cooling mods. Cooling upgrades will certainly improve performance and consistency even further, but I cant think of one instance where I thought "wow I need an intercooler". Also, I've spoken to about 3 different tuners and they all plan to have more affordable cooling solutions for this car within 6-9 months. initially it didn't get much development, but now that there is competition In the space, more and more mods are on the way. I've even heard rumors that an even bigger hybrid turbo could be on the horizon.
Sorry - spacers don’t make it look any lower. I also, personally, don’t like your front splitter and side skirts and think the stock setup looks better/cleaner.

Not sure. I've seen motors with big garret turbos pushing ~ 800whp on a stock motor, but the limits of the stock motor haven't been completely tested.
