A mistake new players can make is Getting rid of percentage based mods because they can't see that in end game percentage based stats are better then Fixed stats like health and protection. 10 percent protection provides little benifit early game but it makes a much bigger difference when your protection or health is 100k +. Another issue I find is people will have speed mods, but they will have no speed secondary which really Hurts the character. Another tip is knowing which mod stats Upgrade better after being 6 dot. Offense % can in theory be almost as high as a primary stat if they get upgraded after being made 6 dot while the max at 5a is 2.80%

I managed to get some good info from your video. But I think you need a script (or at least bullet points) to keep you on track. It was very much all over the place, very unstructured. Otherwise get vid my dude.

right side mods can have any of the left side primaries (offense, defense, health, protection) plus potency/tenacity for crosses, crit chance/damage for triangles, and accuracy, speed, and crit avoidance on arrows
U probably don't care by now, but I've had mods down for a while now and still feel like I'm gambling when I upgrade a mod. Thanks guy whoever u are. Wish everyone would stop using opinions and use raw data. Oh I also have about 5 incomplete squads so I been doing nothing for a but farming as my grand Arena rank falls....oh well, we will see who's laughing when I end up kicking butt with low relic roster... Well...lastly I did relic Phoenix but I'm farming Cap Rex so I can slaughter at will when I get him to 7*

Video is amazing, just going through my roster now trying to remod! Had a load of junk mods on good toons and good mods on bad toons! It’s taking its time but I do understand it a lot more then I did! It’s going to take me a while to get the mods where I want them to be but at least it’s a step in the right direction!

Im attempting to learn the game so this stuff is helpful. I play Marvel Strike Force and was told hey dude theres a star wars game like that so i got it and Im hooked. Its just a lot to try and take in. Its gonna take a bit longer to master this game. I enjoy a challenge though. I have a feeling Ill be watching a lot of your videos.

Is it worth keeping 4 dot mods if they are 26+ speed? I'm just starting my mods, so I'm not all the way up there where I have countless 5 dot mods nor do I have 7 star heroes yet. So it's literally just starting.
Sorry if this was answered already, but should you just sell the grey mods to save the cash (except for grey mods that are Speed primary Arrows)?

Actually shouldn't you be leveling them first and discovering their stats first, and if no speed sell. Lvl 3 purple, 6 blue, 9 green, 12 grey.
Do the set bonuses stack? For example if I have two health bonuses or 2 offense bonuses will I get 20% more health or 30% more offense?
yes - but you can't stack sets that require 4 mods to complete. the 2 mods-sets do stack.
@@NOOCH2GUD ah ok gotcha. I saw that I could stack the health mods but I couldn’t stack the offense ones so now that makes sense as to why
I understand you need speed, but surly below 4m gpg for triangle, cross and arrow you need to see synergies as more of a priority? Like that green potency cross was potency and had secondary was potency and offence.2 time health and main stat protect. Is it not worth keeping until you get one with speed? As a player with under 1mgp atm, I need to have some form of mods so i can least do raids, GAC is mainly needed for speed and yes we need it, but i think we need to have it very end game. I am working on Geos and I have all 5 star challenges, but mainly right now getting the main stat and least 2 synergistic secondary stats seems more important atm than getting speed. Or it may take an average of 2 weeks per character (if i get lucky ) just tog et the mods with the main stat and speed I need. Yes in time as my mod inventory builds I can sell and replace. But should we not really look at the mid game and be a bit more lenient on the right side mods?
I think you asked again and i replied - until you get all the "good" mods farmed up, start at the top and work your way down. The higher up, the closer to perfect you want to be. :)

@@NOOCH2GUD Yeah. I was going through this Mods 101 video for the first time. And that was how I was interpreting your words, but I wasn't totally clear on it, so I wanted to make sure. I just made the very painful decision to remove and sell ALL of my mods that didn't have any speed on them after a whole year of just assigning the AI recommended mods. Starting fresh using your video as the template!
So....you CAN assign those mods to pilots who dont get used elsewhere. If they are already 6 dot mods

Yes of course. You can only use what you've got! Just have to do your best!
You will want to focus on your top characters' mods first --- get them as close to perfect as you can then work your way down
Accidentally deleted my last comment, so I'll just ask again, what would I prioritize for stats aside from speed? I guess it depends on the character, but a general rule of thumb would help.
Theres no general rule of thumb. Ita character to character.
i dont upgrade my grey mods past level 6.. i can see 2 of the secondaries if theres no speed in them i just sell.. it costs too much to take more risk imo.

Once you are established enough, finding the gems in the rough will be worth it. I'm 4.5 mil f2p usually sitting on 100 mil the. I will blow 50 mil in a setting discovering and leveling all mods, and by the time I'm full on mods again will ne around 100 mil again

Yes easy enough. Just click it and unequip
@@NOOCH2GUD options are upgrade and sell, and I can’t sell it because it was equiped. can’t find unequip option.
"Remove" button next to "enhance".
