This episode was actually supposed to air right after "Whatever Happened to Della Duck" which is why Della isn't mentioned in this episode. As for Lena, she moves in with Violet and is adopted by her family at some point between now and her next appearance, but they never say it on screen (there was supposed to be a line mentioning it, but it got cut for time).
She is so bad at reacting to videos one the vid is barely visible and 2 the video audio sucks 2 her microphone is way better then the video audio meaning she’s way louder and to much memes ruining the video finally the video just cuts out some times for some dumb reason. All of this should not happen with all the subs she has and the equipment to make an a actual good video reaction
"Does Lena just live with us now?" Given how many spare rooms there must still be in the mansion, that would make far too much sense. Main characters only, no mere recurring allies allowed, can't be explaining her absence every other episode
To answer your question where will Lena live? She goes to live with Violet and her Parents. They don't even really say it the show staff let people now this when the question was asked.
As someone who practices witchcraft IRL, I cannot get over how realistically the magic in this show gets portrayed. Especially the depiction of tulpas--those things are a no no in most circles I'm in

Even subconsciously, believed to be the cause of many hauntings out of no where, and even the idea of a group created Tulpa born of negative expectations and programmed by them being responsible for some urban legend spooks and even how a Ouija board works by the group playing it not so much summoning something but rather accidentally making something because of their group fears and beliefs as to what should happen.
Beakley's behavior towards the end of the original Darkwing show is EXACTLY how us real world fans react, when our favorite shows get cancelled/end. 10 to 1, that's the kind of behavior Peridot or Lapis showed; after Camp Pining Hearts ended
