The uk digi are member specific as random inclusions are seen are an incentive to buy the album so the album sales don't count towards charts so they did member specific in order to attempt to chart in the uk (which they did)
Yes, literally nothing can be random. I like the way they've done this better than say BTS' MOT7 album. I was so excited for my pull only to pull the same group card that everyone in the UK pulled 😂
