Failing to yield can result in an instant fail during a driving exam. At 4:05 in the video, the car in question was stopped, possibly for reverse parking. After I completed my U-turn, that car was not moving, making it safe for me to turn. As a driver, my responsibility is to execute safe maneuvers. However, I can't summon another driver from their home to say, 'Hey, there's a give way situation here, come and take it.'

2. Which Vic road is better, I'm thinking between coolaroo and Carlton..

1) Because there is not a single street where 3 point turn can be done
2) Coolaroo, beyond any doubts
