For those of you that are attempting this with never versions of touchdesigner: Newer versions of touchdesigner seems to include an output composite when using the ramp TOP, so at 16:35 in the video, make sure to switch composite from "multiply" to "atop" in the ramp TOP. Hope this is helpful.

Hey ik this is an old video but I am having issues with the orientation, my tubes aren’t getting properly oriented to connect to each other they are instanced horizontally, the scale is working however
Just add a standard render setup; Render TOP, Camera, Light. The Geos will automatically be picked up by the RenderTOP(by default), and the Camera will automatically be rendered by the RenderTOP(by default).

Got through the first 1/3 of this, but was not getting anywhere near the same result on the noise1 TOP. Mine would not show 16 colors... only 4.

this is done with instances and so there's no geometry other than the tube sop operator. Which format you wanna export!?
