Tip: if you are doing the Muzan quest or just need spider lilies i recommend finding them daytime

it’s in your inventory, you have to equip it and than m1, or if mobile Tap on the screen

You have to have the quest then consume the Lilly’s . To consume you have to hold them in your hand then click anywhere on the screen to eat it
