Is it strange that I listen to this man, laugh at his comedy, and appreciate his voice every single days for years? I’ve listened to this many many many times and yet I get a new message every time. Sending All the Love because I’m the end that’s all there is. LOVE unconditional
It is not strange. I've listened to the omega videos countless times. A soothing balm of clarity and a bright light in the darkness he is. He is also utterly hilarious at times in the best of ways, laughter is healing.

I'm becoming more aware of the thought patterns of my mind, and it hasn't stopped at all, but it's already a liberating feeling, just becoming conscious of it.

I'm so glad I watched this by "accident". I had always meant to watch the Omega series but never made it to session 5. This is when Eckhart brings it all together - again and again.

Its so amazing beyond anything you could ever put into words. When I first experienced life tearing me apart, I couldnt accept it, I remember being in the psychiatric ward pacing up and down the corridors all day cuz I couldnt stay still, I was fantasizing about some magical way to escape the hell I believed I was in, when I went to bed at night Id be praying that Id wake up the next morning and realise it was all just a bad dream. It turns out it was just a bad dream but that realisation didnt come overnight and it happened when I stopped running and resisting the way things are and I see that what I thought was the greatest curse is actually the deepest blessing.

Enjoyed the session 4. I have always been quiet so it is surprising how I am becoming attuned to watching for the babble. I find that my forward thinking to future is what drives thoughts, generally concerns for others. Becoming aware of this has allowed me to be more present. Watching, listening, and reading Eckhart is a meditation in itself.
I always felt and knew there was two of me... I once told a therapist when I was having counselling. She looked at me vague. Eckhart has changed my life ....... I love him and to top it all he is so humble.

Thankyou Eckhart, I’m finding it difficult to forgive my father for the abuse when I was growing up. I don’t know if I could get to the stage where I would think ‘ forgive him for what’ because he damaged me spiritually, emotionally and physically. He has never acknowledged this.
Forgiving doesn't mean forgetting or making excuses for the person. I find it more useful to just focus on my own inner life and forgive /understand myself deeply. None of what happened was your fault and you don't need to agree with it EVER. On the deepest level it's true that we are all the same divine beings but on the 3D level we still need to deal with what's going on. Another teacher calls it "cross realm projection." We need to know which reality/realm we're dealing with. I think as we awaken to our true self, our reactivity diminishes in 3D, and that is already a big relief.
I feel as though forgiveness is healing one's self and with it one's ancestral line. And with that everyone and everything in the universe. The love that emerges from forgiveness is so powerful. 💗💗💗
I have a question for those of you who have been listening to his videos for a long period of "time" I am talking at least a few years. Have you all found that the initial situation of things getting better and better continued indefinitely or not? Please, this is a serious question, please do not avoid it by simply repeating what you have learned from Power of Now or other works.

I find it hard not lusting after being this way always when I’ve lost it - getting frustrated
I suppose that's the key. Surrender to the lust! (🤔😆)

My ego vs immortality. Trying to convince themselves that neither is conciousness.
They both prove the same point and both are wrong.
