Shelby I made the baked Ziti you posted before Christmas. I think you said it was your Aunts recipe. Oh my word my family loved it. I made four ten foil pans of it and froze it for the holidays. It freezes so well. Girl it’s a hit in my family. I keep pans of it stacked in my freezer. So convenient if someone drops by.

Coming soon! We are about 90 percent done. We ended up putting in central A/C and that took awhile with the supply chain issues. Our construction crew will be starting up again in the spring, it shouldn't take long to complete.

We grew red and white potatoes this year and the skin was very easy to peel. I love digging new potatoes in the garden. They were so yummy, we need to grow a lot more this year. We ran out after a couple of months.

I try and wipe it up each night with Windex or a sponge with Dawn detergent. BUT sometimes it gets away from me, and I use easy off and let it sit. Then I shine it up with the Windex

Our family size currently is five. However, from spring to late fall we have a lot of family and friends stay with us for visits. One week we might have 8, another week 12 etc....that is why you might see me cooking for a crowd most of the year.
