Kind of depressed watching this. I'm so old my first video game machine that I ever owned was for people that couldn't afford the original Nintendo. They were called "Hand Held Electronic Games". Popular in 1988 especially. Wanted "Double Dragon" but instead I got space invaders and KungFu (obviously cheaper).I remember lying down on my couch playing them in the winter time after Christmas. It was the greatest gift I could have asked for... My mom made muffins that day. Life was so innocent back then...😞
Ds/3ds had some gems!! My favorites are the etrian series and final fantasy curtain call!! :)
My friend gave me his 2ds XL for free and I use it daily, honestly one of my favourite consoles ever

Next FIRST EVER game play has tp be Pokémon SOUL SILVER. I cant believe u never played that as it is (as per your old game store post), as it might be the best of the bunch

New horizons was good but felt like with the neighbors, something went wrong. They kinda lost alot of personality 😢
The writing with their dialog was so much better in past games
