@@UTP_ENT Is this the Jimmy boat chase scene? Or Trevor and Michael stealing from the train at the bottom of the river? Or something different? If it’s the Jimmy boat chase, I love the dialogue but it doesn’t really progress Michael or Franklin’s story. Super fun and entertaining though
I went for a Scorsese style too, like its inspirations in Heat or Departed. With less time to focus on Michael’s family or his arc with Trevor, we focus more on Frank and this ending is the most thematic of them all. The apprentice becomes the master, he says Michael’s line back to Lamar. And the Third Way needs some Merryweather inclusion to make sense. The ending to this could have just been cutting from the final heist to killing DevWest if we wanted. But for more of an ending I went for something darker and more final. Felt like the story was building up some stakes too

fyi you can play 80% of that boat chase scene in cinematic view. woulda been a nice addition
