You have forgot about the inductance of the speaker. Moreover cars stereos have 4 ohms impedance which is not resistance 🚫

Also speakers are not resistors. I believe the impedance of a speaker is the inductive reactance at some frequency like 1 kHz?? I wonder if you hooked up real speakers and measured the voltages at the speakers if that might make it appear more useful?

It's advertised by the factory as an "adjustable" and "easy install" 2-way crossover for approximately 6 Ohm speakers that gives a very high crossover frequency and also filters subsonics/low bass away from a small woofer such as in a satellite speaker system that has a 3" or 4" woofer. As such there are applications for it. Elsewhere on the internet I found a guy using it in a high-end (KEF) speaker system running to the mid driver and tweeter. Then it makes sense to be filtering against low bass getting to the midrange driver and it also makes sense that the crossover to the tweeter is much higher than usual if it's going on a 3-way system. But I'm stumped as to why the coil (inductor) wasn't doing anything at all to filter against HF on the bass circuit?????

If it's for a car audio system it's probably designed for a 4 ohm load?

Car audio is usually around 3-4Ω because of the low voltage available for the power amplifier.

Nice video. The functionality of the board is simple but fine, but it looks like they intentionally put the parts on as crookedly as they could...

Could you please supply the component values? I would like to simulate the circuit in LTspice. Thank you

I bought it. There is no difference. I changed jumpers and no difference in car.

That seems a bit pointless. :)
