Dorset to Ireland on the CB

was driving about the Dorset countryside and heard a chap calling out on channel 19. Gave a call back and had a brief chat. Turns out he was outside Limerick, Ireland!
300 miles and I was mobile too.
I pulled over to take some footage and and course was at this point he drifted away!

Very true. He gave me his location earlier on. There is an element of trust involved with radio, when it comes to location 🤣
