Really feel for you, I think we’ve all been there at some point. Fish keeping in whatever form can be so rewarding but also so heartbreaking when things don’t go to plan. Moving forward like you say you’ve just got to QT everything and not play Russian Roulette

Sounds like uv had a real rough time of it buddy and hope the bacteria issue is over, I’ve just looked at 1 of my fish today and noticed it’s got a sore around one side of its mouth and also the fin is starting to go red, I’ve put some virkon in to try and slow it down, wot did u use for the sores? Any advice would be a great help
Hi no still going through it m8 the fish that came through I used traodine I think it's spelt the rest seem to be resilient does sound like you may have mouthrot although I cannot be 100% acraflvine may work for you but if you treat using cotton buds 1 dab and turn around hope this helps

Mouth rot teeat with hydrogen peroxide straight on with a cotton bud works for me you can also use it on other sores
