Been playing for about a month now and your build guides have been very helpful. One thing I think makes more sense though, if you get a piece of gear for Hawkeye with Targeted Empowerment, it’ll be more useful for the character overall than Targeted Spark. It seems to fill the overcharge bar about 75% over a period of about 5 seconds? Just shooting razor arrows seems to take 15 shots to fill the bar; whereas with empowerment that should be reduced to about 4. Between the champion skills buffing heroic regen, gear buffing heroic regen, takedowns being used to generate heroic orbs the ring.. etc. it seems that having Targeted Empowerment to get you off to the races would be a lot better in the end.. or am I missing something?

Gonna have to try this out. Already have all the gear pieces except for the targeted spark range piece.
