Ist don't take stress and 2nd use onion/garlic/Fenugreek seed/black seed(kolonji)/coconut/olive oils......These oils are are just awesome 💫 for hair growth....if you can effort then buy all of them and mix it together and use it....if it is out of your budget then you can make some of the oils at home(yesss just search how to make some of these oils at home).........it is very effective if you use warm oil on your scalp........one more important thing avoid chemical shampoo's and conditioner's ❌This is the big reason for hair fall........ALL THE BEST 💜💜💜💜💜

For hair fall ke liye is winter me sabse best hai olive oil usko lo aur us oil ko ek kaanch ke bottle me rakh do aur usme 2-3 spoon hibiscus yaani gudhal ke flower ka powder daal do + 20-25 kadi patte ko wash karke dry out kar ke apne haatho se mesh kar ke us oil me ye cheeze daal do... Bss fir one week continue dhoop me daal do us glass bottle ko raat ko wapas ghar me rakh lo after one week apply at full night ya fir morning me nahane se 2 ghante pehle apply kar lo aur koi simple mild shampoo se wash kar lo bss.... Ek cheez ka dhyaan rakhna chaiye hum sabhi ko male and female woh ye ki bina oil apply kiye hue baalo me shampoo kabhi nahi karna chaiye.... Pehle detangle karo then scalp pe oil lagao... Then wash ok
For dandruff -- agar jyada hi kuchh dandruff hai toh week me koi bhi 2 din baalo ke hisaab se 2 spoon pure sarso oil jo cooking wala hota hai woh lena usme half lemon ko nichod lena hai aur achhe se mix kar ke thoda gunguna karke us oil ko apply karo agar kam hai dandruff toh week me one time use karo okay.... And then shampoo kar lo....
Special tip -- agar kisi ka extream hair fall ho raha hai toh jo remedies maine likhi hai karna wohi hai bss ek baat ka khas dhyaan rakhna ki massage nahi karna haa okay abhi filhal only dep dep kar do oil ko aur chhod do bss.. .. Jab lage ki kuchh kam hue hai hair fall hona toh fir massage kar sake hai....
Olive oil figaro ka ya del Monte koi sa bhi use kar sakte hai... Yaar sach batau ye sabse best oil hota hai because isme koi chemical nahi hota aur ye light oil hota hai acha hota hai.... Baaki aap log behtar soch sakte hai....
