if only the higher the difference between your effectiveness and their resistance is (or vice versa), the innate 15% is decreased by certain amount according to that difference (capped at 10% or even 5% maybe), so building a unit with max effectiveness and effect resistance is more rewarding

Bromann only has a 60% chance to silence when you consider innate er . If innate er applies to artifacts the the chance abbtsal crown' proc rate is insanely low.
He doesnt stun on his skills, just silence, so it all depends on abyssal procs. (NERF ABYSSAL TO WORK LIKE CHAMPIONS TROPHY)
