I still think it's hilarious how busted a card that targets was in an era where half the most annoying boss monsters and endboards had access to some form of targeting protection. And it needs to negate effects to steal, so you can't even use it after DRNM/Droplet against affected targets, or against Effectless things like Blue-Eyes or Psy-Frame Driver.

Widow Anchor could take control of Borrelsword Dragon and Sky Striker Player has 10,3K ATK on board and them opponent has no other card on board.

The people playing them in 2022 are just in some serious copium. I have never once lost to striker because it's a terrible deck, and I mean absolute garbage. Back when they were "the meta" they died to zombie control and cried themselves to sleep not being able to play cause ballerdroach said no to everything. Nowadays the cannot even compare to branded, and if you think they can you're either on copium too or haven't played branded properly. Just this Friday just past I won a tournament and one of the players was playing strikers and I wiped the floor with them. Noone should lose to strikers, it is and always has been a trash deck.
@@hypnoticrobotgaming Correction, pure Sky Strikers are too breakable. The deck itself becomes quite decent when mixed with other engines that can provide the necessary support against Meta decks. DPE/Scythe Control is one of them.
@@vidk1dd96 if a deck can't stand on its own legs without another deck helping it, the the deck is trash. Even with this added help your talking about, I've not once lost to strikers, they're terrible. They've always been terrible even when people called them the new tier 0 meta

That because Borrelend Dragon was used as material to make Accesscode. Therefore, it gains 5k. Very handy
