Ohh this is very sad news! I remember back in the seventies on a business road trip in Northern Ontario for a week. I had the sweet sound of Malo on my cassette deck in my Firebird. I was a world away from California and Mexico but the brilliance of Jorge and Malo made me feel like I was was right there. Very talented artist and a wonderful band. Malo is one of the good things of my youth! I still have the Malo Lps I made those cassettes from! Jorge RIP
My first concert ever in San Diego. Malo opened for Santana. I will never forget it. Had no idea they were brothers. So sad to know Jorge has passed. May he rest in peace. Thank you for such a romantic song. Much love to Jorge and Carlos.

I have an LP record of Jorge Santana and actually saw them in a concert show. So unique style ,so mellow, and melodic. Carlos Santana and the entire band will always live on. . They are one of the best groups over. I have them on LPs, cassettes, CDs, and even 8-Track. I was not aware he is gone, but everyone should have one of his solo albums in their collection.

I heard this song from a bar so we all went to listen to these 2 guys playing this song they did a great job plus they did other great music from the 70s. These 2 guys were awesome at this bar at. Vero. Beach we simply loved them but this song they played brought back the good music from the 70s was a great era too relive in.
