I have one. Reading books before sleeping. Try it. I'm a novel fanatic I read books of all genre like crazy, but this year due to college I didn't get much time. But before bedtime I try and read a couple of pages. It worked before, and it's working still now. JUST TRY IT.
My tow suggestions: 1) Taking a warm (not hot) shower half hour before going to bed! 2) Drinking a warm cup of herbs (mint, sage...etc) 2 hours before going to sleep, last thing to eat or drink!
