Hi Shishir, this is a great video and has really helped me with my ground response analysis for my thesis. I was wondering why the graph at the end is straight line rather than curved? Are there further steps to this to achieve the graph you showed at the start?
Hi Lucy , The Graph depend on the material properties. You can try Reducing the support pressure by 100,80,60,40,20,8,6,4,2,1,0 % by which we can obtain curve coordinates on graph. The GRC graph also can be refined by modelling more stages with more support pressures.
Shishir Patle thank you! Yes I modelled various ground types and have got one graph as straight line and two curves! Bit confused with how to apply to support pressure curve, how should I know where to start the curve (on the displacement axis x-axis) ?
