What's funny is that Michael (and Nick) doesn't think what he does is wrong at all so technically Brian is right, why is Michael Simone hiding if he did nothing wrong ? Been loving this Simone arc, hopefully no toxic hoppers ruin this.
He knows what he did is wrong. He wanted a plea deal but the deal is way worse than what he actually did. Mick didn't wanted extradition for indefinite ampunt of time, thats basicly like soft perma. if brian could give him a rational plea deal, im sure he would turn himself in.

@@sk-ig4wt iirc that was the prosecution wanted and post it in the docket. The final charge will be decide on trial. Its not unusual that prosecutor post max charge & fines on the docket, doesnt mean that he will get charge with that.
Reggie is forgetting that he's going back and forth with a cop on a guys case claiming self defense on a scene that points to conspiracy to commit first degree and accomplice to 2nd and that's just a recent case involving his client

Theres no docket posting of it so reggie can't rly act around it. Also reggie could definitely strike all the charge from the old docket posting. It's all circumtantial evidences. What reggie wanted is for brian to post the new docket so he can advice his client on what to do and speed the trial date. Brian is lucky that it dont have limitation period.
