You can do the same thing if you buy the car. I guess Derek can get into the specifics about it but buying the car is better because you own it and can sell it afterwords. The lease you don’t own the car but may be nice if the car is going to have a bunch of mechanical problems that you won’t have to deal with
The write off of a lease only pertains to business owners. It is true that if you lease, you can write off the entire lease payment every month where if you buy, you can only write off a portion of the price of the car per year. There is one loophole and that is if you buy a 6000 pound vehicle (Tahoe, Suburban, Sequoia, Land Cruiser or Full Size Pickups) you can write off the entire purchase in the first year. This is how I bought my Land Cruiser. Buying that Land Cruiser saved me $30,000 off my tax bill in one year.

I forget the name of the family, but there was one cold case where the whole family packed up their minor Belongings, took off, then never came back or were heard from again. What was chilling is the footage of them packing shows them moving like zombies not acknowledging each other AT ALL. it was like they had cordyceps telling them where to go and what to do
Excited for part 3. Just so happens I’m going to be passing through your state as I am moving to the east coast. Is there anything I should stop and see while I’m passing through or should I skip that haha let me know
Sadly I can't think of anything super exciting to see here. We have some pretty state parks but nothing to kill your efficiency of getting to where you need to be over!
