I reseted my watch5 and couldn't find the settings for the assistant. Changed regions, changed language, reseted multiple times and i felt so bad for losing this feature because i used it so much.. Thank you so so much for helping me with this 👏

do you know if it's possible to wake up the assistant directly on the phone with the watch 4? I use bluetooth headphones that don't have a dedicated assistant button, and I liked it when it read my notifications.

I think that should be possible. I have used Assistant to make call and send mesaage on my phone. So it should be possible to ask GA to open GA on phone.

No matter I do, I cannot get this to work. It did used to work on my Galaxy Watxh 4. But I switched from a Poco F3 to a Galaxy S23 yesterday, reinstalled the Phone. And no way to het the assistant showing up.

If you have updated the Playstore app on your phone and the problem is not resolved, then try reseting the watch

Thank you, so incredibly much! Had issues with this on my watch 5 pro and not even samsung knew how to fix it lmao. I needed to update the play store twice however, but after I did that it worked absolutely fantastic! No one else had the answer to my problem, except you, so thank you!!!

You can go on the step " setting " to " Google assistant and choose English for voice " then you put in back in French and it fixed !!!

When i open Play Store, only the search button appears. There is no "manage apps" and "settings" section. that's why i can not reach the update play store section I reset the watch many times. anyone have a solution or suggestion for this situation ?

Open the Playstore app and scroll down to the the end to see the Manage Apps option

Thats funny as I got the newest version of Play Store but even with that I needed to click on Update to see assistant as available app.
