They are products of company "Pop Mart", these are blind boxes, if you buy the entire box, you will get the complete set (12 pcs) with no duplicates.
I bought them from Taobao.com, which is a Chinese shopping site. I don't know where you are located, so I can only recommend popmart.com or aliexpress.com.
