Excellent review Nick but simply out of the price range of most conservative / Keeneo's A 3 minute bhat bus ride from say Kiss seems to be far more attractive in my opinion just to watch a few fireworks going off which happens on a regular basis any way!!! Wondering around in my opinion is all part of the fun and a pillow to rest your head after a big night out is all that matters unless you consider yourself a Princess' I a nutshell, the more we spend on accommodation the less we can spend in the bars!!! Sorry Nick, this is only my opinion!

Interesting and always good to see individual entrepreneurs having a go instead of the usual chain hotels who have tried to hoover up the Pattaya hotel business. Good night in hook up last night. I turned up late so watched the game perched on one of the tables by the street. You and the other bar owners deserve a few good nights after the last couple of years. Nice touch by June handing out the cold towels. It’s been unseasonably hot recently. By the way your head of security reminds me of Odd Job from Goldfinger!😂
Great little hotel in the main Soi 7 area, 2500 baht is high but what you get is very nice. Good to wait and see some reviews when people stay there, but looks great mate 👍, cheers 🍻
Hi, Nick & Dan, I enjoyed your hotel review. Beautiful premises and rooms the prices are reasonable if you want that little bit extra class. Long-term stays not so sure about but if you're here for a two-week millionaire traveller this is in the thick of things but out of the way so the noise should not be too bad. One would have to spend a wk/end there to find out for sure. Take care GOD Bless you and yours. M

Globe Pizza used to on this site. It was great pizza on the ground floor of the complex open area with fans with basic rooms above. Might be the same people or just picking up on the old name. Wish them well. Rooms a bit smallish for me but excellent location.
So the rooftop is open to anybody not just people staying in the hotel,so uts booked out and if your staying you cant access the rooftop,is that correct

Set back so not too bad plus it is sound proofed and even the curtains are black outs. He said the only time it can be noisy is when they have a concert on beach road but they don't go on until the early hours, usually done by midnight.

Looks very good indeed. But the rule of not bar fining close to your hotel, I would get into trouble being so close to the Soi 7 bars.
