Ooof LG M26. Notice those being more problematic than any of the others? Those EVE 26V’s seem to be alright in my experience and the NCR18650B’s are great cells. M26’s are notorious for just not having a long cycle life especially in scooters and e-bikes. Seems that they don’t handle high amps well at all but maybe in a powerwall they’ll be ok as long as they didn’t come out of scooter packs. I know Battery Doctor hates the M26 and I’ve seen a few others mention their hatred of that cell.
I got so excited to see a new video. Iv finished copying your full build. We'll my first 14s. May I ask are you building one big battery or with your next 14s are you adding strings. So 2 14s packs in parallel.
Thank you! I’m glad to be back making videos again, so I appreciate you saying that. This is going to be 1 big battery. 15s480p. So 2 15s of 240 cells. 7,200 total cells. I broke down my previous build to merge it with this one.
Yes. Im actually filming some stuff right now. 🙂. I explain why the long break in the next video coming out. In a nutshell, testing these packs took almost 2 months. But there was nothing really to film. I’ll get into more detail though. But I promise more videos are coming. 🙂
@@myteslapowerwall7314 Im building one also, but couldn't decide on a 50v pack or a 12v for a small solar project. I figure if I wire up large packs in parrell like what you did I could always change the voltage later on to whatever I need by adding packs in series. I have about 25x ES2 scooter expanion battery packs that I have to tear apart but the cells are testing really well. Thanks, look forward to next video.

What diameter that fues wire is? Cell to busbar
8 awg solid copper wire, or 3.26mm thick
