I know, I think the reason why David didn't don the white armor to fight his evil persona is because he had the angel pin Theresa gave him. It was the only thing he needed as a reminder in how much he loved his family. This allowed David to fight back against his evil personal and tell him off that he wanted his family back, refusing his newfound wealth without them.
slapshot68 he was for a moment, then when he realized what the outcome was he didn't want it. Yes he complained about the hard work but he enjoyed his family's company even if he didn't show it.
As a kid this episode was scary, but it also raises concerns. Is it wrong for David to want a better life? Does he have to give up his family to get it? Why can't he get both?

I was really hoping I'd get to see David dawn the white armor and fight evil David.
