Mr. Teja, I really like your recipes. I watch all the time. My friends and relatives say that I make very good Boorlu. I make Topu (top coating) definitely not as thick as you do. I always have the impression that the thicker Topu makes soft Boorlu. When they are hot, they will be crunchy but later they get softer. This is my humble opinion and experience as well.
By the way, the display picture sweets, I made those.
