On a basic context, there is nothing wrong if one party has fallen out of love and it became a one sided feeling. In this case however, they could have had a civil break up then pursue whoever you want to love. But, what happened here is that the cheaters were already together for half a year and 7 yrs of being together is gone in a snap; yet, the trio still goes out together as before, even planning a holiday together just days before and then he confessed. That really hurts.
I would agree after breaking-up he's free to date whomever, but her best friend, that's wrong!
Ex-bestfriend feels guilty, but this man never felt the guilt at all.
She has every reason to feel guilty, regardless of how the guy feels.

The writer of this drama must be a cheater, they got the happiest ending, she ends the show alone. I want to find out the name/s of the writer/s to make sure I never watch anything else by them. This drama left me feeling depressed for days.

The writer is showing a reality in Chinese life - mistresses ALWAYS win. There must be no place on earth with more mistresses than China; a continuation of the concubine era. Unless their society cancels these evil women, mistresses will always have a place in every Chinese family. Women in that country are nothing but reproductive vehicles. And doormats.
He went willingly to the other woman. She didn't hold a gun to his head. She feels worse because she knows she did it maliciously with intent because she was jealous. If she was able to entice that man she could have gotten another one. They are both low class but she is worse. Forgiveness is fine but I would never be close with either of them again. I would never trust either of them again. Forgiveness would be for my own peace not theirs. Closure cannot be given. It must be found. Leave them on their own where they belong.

So pleased I read the comments, then I know what happens. If the cheaters have a happy ending, then I won't watch it any more. I really want a strong man, and a FL with a backbone. Sigh ....will we ever get that, I doubt it.

People saying these two never got their comeuppance but I think they did. There will always be the fact what they did to someone they were supposed to love. She will never really be happy with im becuase of it.

What in the world is with these writers? They make it seem like cheating is the way to go. It's cheat and live a happy life after shattering someone elses trust, dreams and happiness. Ugh, and this so called man is lower than dust. He has no remorse.
No he visto toda la serie,no puedo verla aún. Vi un poco del final. Lo ponen, en mi opinión, como si los que engañaron van a estar bien y eso no es cierto, todo se regresa en esta vida. Y en la eternidad también si no se arrepiente. Lo más triste es que aveces toca a las siguientes generaciones pagar por los pecados de los padres.

I read in the comments that fl forgave them!!🤦🏻♀️😒 I'm definitely NOT watching this drama and don't intend on it too. It would've been a great drama if they would have told her about increasing feelings for each other once it started and let the drama unfold from there and the ending would've been perfect BUT because they chose to lie and cheat, the ending was unsatisfactory.
as for the ending, FL never forgave them. her "wishing them happiness" is not the same as forgiveness. i want to believe the reason for the wish for happiness is for the unborn child.
