I can imagine Andy Byford saying to himself "why did I take this job!". I don't know how he is going to turn this b@#*h (MTA) around and knowing how the MTA had many problems over the past years. I'm just waiting for the governor or the mayor to throw him under the bus.😂😑😞
The problem comes from corporate, they all have their hands in the cookie jar. Mta is a cash cow, corporate ppl are definitely getting there pockets fat. Other problem is the union. They have incompetent ppl wking for the mta for example track workers dispatchers and the list goes on. Mta needs to becomes a private entity and not run by the state.
This British dude is not the problem, the people at the mta who had been there for years and did nothing are.... Smh

Start hiring people who have comprehensive knowledge on computer systems. Clean house get rid of the inefficient workers.
2 and 3 worse lines including unlawful people on the trains. Harassing beggars.
From the beginning, this seems like a hack.
I thought Andy Byford was gonna the MTA's problems. What happened?
