Simply make pleats over ther..
If u find difficult making pleats u can simply add elastic at shoulder by stretching it.

Yes we can make bt one jeans wont b enuf fo long shrug the one I made. U can use two pair of jeans o els u can add differnt fabric for sleeves white color or any other color u prefer.
