Admittedly, I've gotten tired of zombies in general, aside from some exceptions. However, giving Deadpool the zombie treatment works really well for the character and his forth wall breaking. The figure has a great sculpt. It's nicely painted and detailed. I really like the torn away fabric, as well as the exposed and bloodied flesh. Zombie Deadpool comes included with a pretty good amount of accessories. I like the inclusion of Headpool and Squirrelpool. The fact that the backdrop consists of a comic book's outer frame is a nice touch on the part of Hot Toys. It looks as if Zombie Deadpool is coming right out of the comic book. However, as great as the figure is there are a couple of issues, as you've already pointed out. The magnetized lower jaw shouldn't be sitting at angle the way that it does. I appreciate the torn away areas of the suit. However, they can potentially degrade or get damaged later down the road. Regardless, this is still a nice Zombie Deadpool figure. But I wondering. if he a zombie is that means he can just leap out the comic and start eating us two? (If that case then that would be terrifying and the problem is that you don’t how to kill him because even chop his head off won’t work)
I miss when Hot Toys made other figures than Comic and Star Wars characters. Leon Kennedy, Ada Wong, Snake, and Ezio are some of my favorite 1/6 figures. ThreeZero/ A make great figures, but they still haven't caught up to HT yet, especially with the accessories.
Cant wait for mine to arrive soon. When i display him i dont think i wanna display him with headpool cause it doesnt make sense to me. Cause if i remember correctly..isnt headpool just zombie deadpool from the marvel zombies universe? But i guess i’ll have to with how the comic accesorie is designed
