I am so glad that back in April I saw "Love Lies Bleeding" in the theatres. It was an amazing experience!
Longlegs is without a doubt in my top 3 movies of the year, sitting right up there with Dune: Part Two and the 45th anniversary of Alien. For anybody interested in seeing it who hasn’t already, I want to preface your experience by saying that it’s not a horror film as much as it is a crime thriller. I felt extremely uncomfortable in all the right ways watching it and only felt worse when I got home. It’s terrifying in the same way as Prisoners and Se7en, rather than jumpscares and an overwhelming amount of gore you’re presented with a very well made plot and very unsettling performance from Nicolas Cage. Can I see some people getting bored or confused by it? Yes, but anyone who’s a fan of classic crime thrillers will find an unparalleled experience in seeing this on the big screen.
Im going to twisters. Just because it needs to be seen on the big screen. Same reason i seen Horizon at the theater
I wasn't expecting Longlegs to perform that well in the box office so, great news of Neon. The film itself is very unusual, but in a good way. Nicolas Cage was awesome in the film as was Mika Monroe.
Saw Longlegs Saturday!! It was amazing! I was seriously creeped out! Loved Nick Cage’s performance! Wish he would have been on screen more! Definitely looking forward to Twisters!! Thanks for the updates!!!

Twisters was released in Australia last week, I saw it. It’s fine… but more a remake than a sequel. It debuted at number one in Australia, just waiting on final $$$.
Wow Sue I mind is blowed that you’re a fan Love Lies Bleeding movie ! I thought it great movie in awe of Kathy O Brain performance as female bodybuilder she scared me so massive. Kristin Stewart was great too! It also great mystery movie. I wish they smart about get rd the bodies but not that smart rugs really! I glad you like this one too didn’t think you into movie of a female bodybuilder. I hope you found inspiration empowering movie despite crazy mysterious circumstances that happened 5 stars for me too!

I enjoyed Longlegs until it turned into another genre. That being said, I still thought everyone involved did a great job and I hope they somehow make more.
Of the movies in your top five list I've seen A QUIET PLACE: DAY ONE. Gripping, because of the powerhouse performance from Lupita Nyongo, I was shocked by its ending. Sue, do you think there will be a sequel to the prequel given the ending or do you think the next movie goes back to the where we left off with the small town family?
Not sure where they will go next, but more movies guaranteed!
I wish I could say I enjoyed Longlegs. I left the theater underwhelmed. Probably because it was hyped too much and the trailer was incredible
As usual. I haven't seen it yet. I felt the exact same way after going to see Late Night With the Devil. I do want to see Long legs when the theaters are less crowded.
I just think the Trailers were misleading. The movie is honestly amazing compared to the tens of other movies I’ve seen this year. Even if it wasn’t as scary as the trailers implied, I felt so uncomfortable the entire way through and even more when I got home. Definitely try to see it again with a more open mind. Highly recommend.
My brother and I saw Longlegs yesterday and felt it was a little meh. The first half was good, but the second half fizzled out a bit. Don’t want to get into spoilers, but it could’ve used some explaining in some parts.
