    Hello, I am back again with this all time favorite Filipino Delicacy.
    Ingredients
    1 bangus or milk fish
    1/4 cup raisins
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 lemon or calamansi
    3 cloves garlic
    1 large carrots chopped
    1 small onion
    1 cup green peas
    2 eggs
    2 tbsp oyster sauce
    1 cup water
    salt & pepper
    cooking oil

    Matrabaho talaga yan pero sulit naman sa negosyo... kapag bumili ka ng bangus na isa magiging tatlo ung magagawa mo kc madagdagan ng mga rekado yan kaya kikita ka parin ng kalahati.kukulangin ka sa bangus pero ung sobra gawin mong shanghai bangus..so pag gumastos ka ng P1,000 ang kikitain mo dyan ay P2,200 ot P2,400 pa may tubo ka na P1,400 hehehe sulit din..

      Herlyn Moreno, pwede pero mag spay ka muna ng cooking spray sa aluminum foil na pagbabalutan mo ng rellenong bangus para di dumikit. Di mo sya kailangang lagyan ng flour.

    Natuto akng mag deboned b4 hindi ganyan medyo kunti lng nadala ang flesh..pinupokpok muna whole body tapos e prick mo ang tail hanggang s mahiwalay ang bones sa tail..doon sa ulo kunin mo na yung bones hindi na kailangan gumamit ng spatula o putolin pa ang ulo...ganon lng ka simple parang medyo mahirap ang sa kanya✌✌ wala ba dito nag turo ng ganyan?

      kasi po i think hindi po debone yong ginagawa nya. kelangan nya ihiwalay ang meat ng bangus sa balat ne to ng hindi na cucut ang balat para sa filling. iba po yong debone. at iba po yong purpose non sa relyeno.

      Ellen Perater, pareho kami ng style ni ate sa paghihiwalay ng fish meat sa balat ng bangus pero tinatanggal ko muna ang internal organs lalo na yung apdo kasi pag nabutas yun papait ang bangus at magiging useless lang ang lahat ng pinagpaguran.

    u can attach the body and head with a toothpick. To take the meat out: break the bone at the neck and the tail bone. Slightly Punch the body of the fish to soften. Pull the bone out while twisting and Scoop out the remaining of the meat. ,
