Over 10 years ago when Nitin Gadkari got stuck in a Gurgaon traffic, he announced he would change the face of this city. While most of us found that just another promise, he has actually brought in a new culture of highways and new construction on a massive scale. Take example of Chandigarh.I reside from a small city of Barnala in Punjab but we also have these types of roads here.

What Delhi needs now :-
1.Making old Delhi decent...there are old areas in Taipei and Seole and every Chinese city, but they kept those areas clean and maintained...then it also started looked developed.
2. Skyscrapers/ Huge CBD type areas...atleast 20-30 Skyscrapers...
3. More rapid transit.
Keep dreaming, and doing nothing.

@@Alex_99777 Wow, How dumb logic you have...just 30 km far there is cities like Noida, Gurgaon they are building skyscrapers more than 200 meter...Even recently Delhi building some like Lela sky villas and unity the amrylies...
So I am saying it needs around 20-30...more than 150 meter.

As a Canadian, I see so many Indians here in Canada... Always got the impression that they were all fleeing poverty in India coming here... But after watching this video, I feel India nowadays has better infrastructure and seems to be more developed than even Canada... Canada has just a few big cities... most of the country is small tiny towns with a few small stores

Nitin Gadkari has done wonders in roads and highways..It is because of him that India now has the 2nd largest road network in the world..The best thing about him is that he has a really good knowledge of growth and development and how to go about it and most importantly his work speaks more than his words..He is undoubtedly, The best minister in Modi cabinet and according to me he is the best Minister of Roads, Transport and Highways India ever had..His work speaks for itself..

1:55 Bhai wo road UER 2 nhi hai. Thats package 2 of Dwarka Expressway. UER 2 starts from Dholesres Chowk where package 2 of Dwarka expressway ends which you showed after crossing IICC.
Plus IICC ka inaguaration 17th Sept ko hai by our PM and not on 1st Oct.

So dangerous of cars coming from opposite direction without any restrictions . People are stupid and careless . Proper highway or traffic police should be there and a huge fine/penalty should be enforced for any such cases once it is fully operational . Govt/authorities should also take care of corrupt officers so that nobody is excluded with under the table business .

Indian roads are no less than any developed country. Infact they are much better than developed countries now. Jai Hind. Jai Bharat.
Yeah the national highways and all the developed and world class are similar and better then other countries but some internal city roads need good improvement, i think the maintenance and infrastructure of internal city roads should be privatised because the municipality's contractors are not handling them very well. If that happens it would be amazing.
