The best thing I could say about that. Is take the race question out of all applications. And only go by qualifications.
Only white people had the luxury to say. Black people know what reality looks like.
That's the exact point of it because minorities were/are being denied with equal & a good percentage, better qualifications but don't get hired. People love to gloss over that fact to excuse the "status quo".
