Both has outstanding primary and Warrington has outstanding secondary. South Warrington properties prices are higher. Warrington has better transport link ie train and motorway network.

屋的價錢會受地區, 屋和地的大細影響, 有時當Semi detached 在靚啲的區, 和size 較大的屋 eg 某些Victorian style semi detached .. 這類形的屋好有character 又大, 如果連garden 都大, 絕到有可能貴過某些detaches house 的.
