Bull shit, all these questions/answers were probably hard-coded. The current state-of-the-art AI is nowhere near what this robot does when it comes to human language understanding.
Pepper IS a Tablet, get a Tablet like an iPad, using ioS you can ask "Siri" questions, that like "Pepper" are PRE-programmed The price is Re-diculas for the pepperpot of disappointment..Bypass, move on....

It's almost certain that the script (by the robot) is prepared - and more than so there probably isn't any speech recognition being done here (at most, it's a simple program that advances to answer the next question when it hears the MC speaks). It's of course good to see its body synchronised with its words - but aside from that, nothing too amazing here.
