Perhaps they will license a mini-game for the arcade game to play and calm you down, same for jukebox with royalty free music discs. I think screws tend to come from metal furniture and small items (fans, tape dispensers, stuff like that).

quick laundry tip: clean clothes automatically go to between 1 and 10% dirty as soon as you put them back on/ pick them up. to fix this do these few things. First Include your backpack in the process, but be certain you pick the backpack up first otherwise you will not be able to move anything, rinse and repeat with the dryer. As this is happening process #2 takes place. Find a water source and clean yourself, do nothing else after that just be patient wait for backpack and clothes to dry. doing this will make you smell nice AND your clothes will remain at 0-1% dirty. Other than that you could visit the tool shop on the other side of town there is a mop and mop bucket spawns there. you dont need to hold it to use it just go to your inventory, i believe it is right click tap on mop area and it cleans up blood. i believe there is a way to use bleach as well to clean and make it smell nice but i havent figured out how yet.
Keys not universal. They spawn in the same place as the car so it won't be a key for a car miles away. Truck keys are the big trucks, car keys for SUV, pick-up and smaller. With keys in your INV, go up to nearby cars and look at their door. Always get Enter & Push as options in the interact menu. If door is locked will get a pick lock option. If you have the key another option appears, Lock/Unlock (will be listed 3rd). That signifies matching pair, enter, insert key in ignition. You can check hood before or after that, but just get the key out of the inventory and in the car no matter the condition, lol

well if the dev is requiring you to better reinforce things like windows and such with screws. They are not going to add screws in all the furnatures, the game would be to easy to reinforce things better, hence all the nails instead. But yes, most of the things IRL are required screws and not nails for better support.

No, got dirty from you being dirty and grabbing them out of the washer. You need to clean yourself fully before removing the clothes. On the matter of the time, don't go far. Place all clothes in the washer, click each one and use the Wash in Washing Machine option (washing machine has 2 ways of interacting and entering the search, one way, the top way I think, gives you the wash from machine option). This gets 100% wetness and 0%Dirtiness. Make sure you are clean, move to dryer or any heat source such as a fireplace, turn on. wait in the near vicinity for about a min or two, cook something if you can. The first INV tab is the 30min tab. Everything you picked up in the last 30mins.
