This is how I sped up the process of getting Tac Mask Pro back in the day. Get Scavenger Pro, and wait for a second chance guy to drop down to be revived. Then toss your gas at him to finish off the kill with the gas and that counts. If no one runs it then use a Semtex and throw a gas to poison someone then toss a Semtex and that will also work.
Its easy to get the stun and flash kills for tactical mask because although it says "your" gas/flash or stun, it also counts allies but since tac mask completely negates gas and no one uses gas it makes it a lot harder
I notice sometimes besides the gas is next to the player, the players is not afected by it. And when I see the killcam of that player is not running tac mask at all lol
