You’re right about the size. I parked my EV6 next to one yesterday, it’s was wider and taller. I was impressed with it. It looks very nice. I will consider it when my lease is up.

We passed on the Prologue because we liked the Touring level but just to get power folding mirrors we had to get an Elite which to lease was a difference of $329 for the Touring vs $529. for an Elite. That’s a massive jump in a monthly payment Honda, for one feature we want.
The other is it’s made in Mexico. So is the Mustang Mach-E. No bueno!

Mike, your reviews are amazing! You seem to cover it all. I have a question: Have you personally gone totally electric with one of your own vehicles? If so, can you review that particular one? I know you are a Honda person and the last I knew you had a Ridgeline, but I've lost all concept of time and that may have been a while ago. I value your input and if I need to buy another car, I will check with you first. 😎
Thank you for all that you do for us. Buying a new vehicle, even for those of us who are seasoned/aged (like wine), can be a stressful situation. We appreciate your honest opinion and as most of your subscribers who are avid fans, wouldn't purchase a car without watching or contacting you before a purchase. A belated Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃

Funny you mention that... I sold my Ridgeline and haven't bought another vehicle yet. Most of the year I am driving press cars and if I need to drive a personal vehicle I use my son's Honda Accord. If I were to buy a new car right now for myself, I would probably go with a Tesla Model Y. I will definitely share my experiences with any vehicle I purchase in the future.

@@MikesCarInfodude why did you sell your Ridgeline buddy? I would’ve kept it

@ that’s understandable. I’d love to get me a second car. But prices for used are highly expensive. I’ll just keep my paid off 2015 Honda Accord Sport with 92k miles on it for now.

@@MikesCarInfoWhy would you choose a Model Y over Ioniq 5, EV6, Mach-E, Prologue, Blazer, Ariya, ZDX, or Lyriq?

Seems like retrofitted an electric powertrain into an ice car.

GM's Ultium platform was designed from the outset to be EV only. Not sure if he mentions it but this was a collab between Honda and GM and this rides on that platform.
