When me and my husband first got married, we were broke and I was nervous and almost called it off, but a wise lady told that he is a good man and God will provide and yes we had some bumps in the road but we never went hungry nor were we homeless and it will be 27 years in August! I had a guy that I had dated for two months who I had my first time with and was head over heels for. He kept saying that he wanted to take his time to get to know his partner. Eventually, I kept getting the feeling that he didn’t fully want to be with him. He got mad at me for doubting him, then admitted that he’s been doubting our compatibility, then asked me to continue going out with him but as friends. But I was smart enough to realize that nothing good would come of it for me, and cut off all contact. As upset as I was, I’m glad I found all this out early on. I can’t imagine having this happen after years.

Someone being physically appealing isn't the most important thing there is. Do she know how to pray for him or with him? Is she really patient? Is she really kind? Is she good with children? Is she good with money? Is she his peace in the storm or do she bring drama, discord, and chaos? It is more than just being good in bed, looking pretty, having his children, and being able to cook.
