Watch out who you trust bro. Try to stay as far away from the University as possible. The downtown area of Windsor and the area surrounding University of Windsor are crime-ridden drug infested areas and the housing is garbage. Plus there's no part time jobs for you in the area surrounding downtown and the University. Please tell me you didn't rent a room already. A lot of people by investment properties in Windsor and rent them to student's and it makes me sick because you come to a new country and bust your ass to try to get ahead in life and people are taking advantage. I feel so bad for the International students in Windsor especially the Indian students. Do not live in certain areas of the city. The downtown area and the area directly around the university does not have any part-time jobs and the rent is going to be just as high as anywhere else in the city and they're going to be drug-infested rat holes. You could walk from literally one end of Windsor to the other in 4 hours. You can take a bus in less than a half an hour from anywhere. If you get a part-time job at a convenience store that's 24 hours a day you will get robbed. The sad part is slumlords from India that have businesses and Toronto Calgary by all these properties and charge you $500 to rent a bedroom. Talk to somebody that lives here.

Canada generally doesn't provide any scholarships for masters, for bachelors I have no idea. You'll have to research. You have ample opportunities in part-time jobs to make money which indirectly acts as scholarship.
