Fantastic teaser and a development my company specifically requested some time ago, and so great to see it being implemented soon. I've been using Xero for years which had this out of the box and as such have needed to maintain a separate Xero subscription just to utilise their FAR , run depreciation calculations and journal those into Zoho Books. The only question from me now is when when when is this new functionality / feature going live? Then I can phase out Xero entirely. Also will there be good fixed asset reconciliation and depreciation reports as their is in Xero - not covered in the video?
only one word.. useless software. cant we do in this way in books. what is the use of zoho software if it asks us to post depreciation as a journal ? go and learn from softwares like SAP, QB etc..

How do we put the opening balance of fixed assets in zohoo books in case of shifting the account from other software to zohoo boks
Thank you Nikita 🎉 very well explained
This is only explanation of asset depreciation but zoho doesn’t have a proper asset management

I'm not even a Zoho user but technically fixed asset depreciation is nothing but a journal transaction which is recurring
