When you put your hand on the engine, is it smooth (same question in steering wheel) or do you feel vibrations?

Hesitation almost always means vacuum leak or a bad AFM.

I have a late model Bronzit "iS" as well and I'm having an issue where it wants to stall on cold start when you give it gas. It runs completely fine and holds idle when warm. Stumbles when cold. I'm wondering if it's the AFM or TPS.

More likely the blue plug temperature sensor, or the big multi cable connector that has that connection in it and the fuel injector wires, under the intake manifold. The DME uses that sensor to set fuel mix until it switches over to the O2 sensor after warmup.

@@redfoxthe3rd The blue CTS was replaced by myself a year or so ago. The C191 connector was rewired recently which I feel made overall driving better, especially when at temp, but yet the cold idle stumble off deceleration issue persists. I'm currently running the M50 green top injectors, but will be swapping back in my rebuilt and flow matched OEM injectors. I'm going to break out the multimeter again to test the CTS.

@@laidback93 I'd check for vacuum leaks then 🙂

@@redfoxthe3rd It's been smoke tested. No vacuum leaks.
